Bidder must be a Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 or a Partnership Firm or a Limited Liability Partnership. | Bidder should have been engaged in the business of operation, maintenance, cleaning, supply, installation, or management of bio-toilets, mobile toilets, public sanitation units, or sanitation-related services for at least 3 years preceding the Proposal Due Date. | Bidder must have successfully completed at least two (2) similar assignments of minimum value ₹10.00 Lakhs each during the last five (5) years preceding the Proposal Due Date. | At least one (1) similar assignment of value not less than ₹8.00 Lakhs should have been completed during the last one year preceding the Proposal Due Date. | Similar Work means Provision, operation, maintenance, cleaning, and management of bio-toilets, portable toilets, restroom complexes, sanitation facilities, or public hygiene services during large public gatherings/events/festivals for a minimum duration of five (5) consecutive days. | Bidder should have an annual average turnover of Rs. 30 Lakhs in the preceding 3 financial years ending 31.03.2026. | Bidders should have an office in Odisha. | The Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Govt. agency / Government Institution as on due date of submission of proposal. | Consortium / JV is not allowed.
