REVIVAL OF BHAGABANSUNDAR-I RL DEFUNCT LI PROJECT UNDER SSS 2026-27 IN NIMAPARA BLOCK OF PURI DISTRICT

• SC/ST Category Contractors seeking EMD exemption or Price preference must furnish an affidavit and have a Registration certificate up to "B" Class.
• SC/ST Contractors with Degree/Diploma in Engineering are not allowed to avail both EMD exemption and price preference.
• Tender EMD varies per package, from Rs. 12,061 to Rs. 55,942.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is not required if the accepted bid price is up to (-)10% less than the Cost Put to Tender.
• APS is incremented by 0.2% for every percentage of ROPL below (-)10% but not below (-)20%.
• APS is incremented by 0.3% for every percentage of ROPL below (-)20% but not below (-)30%, in addition to 2% of the accepted bid price.
• APS is incremented by 0.5% for every percentage of ROPL below (-)30% or more, in addition to 5% of the accepted bid price.
• The provision of additional performance security is applicable to all forms of tender except Turnkey Tender.
• APS shall be refunded immediately on successful completion of the work within seven (07) days of issuance of Completion Certificate/Provisional Completion Certificate.
• Additional Performance Security must be submitted in shape of NSC/Post Office Savings Bank Account/Post Office Time Deposit Account/Kishan Vikas Patra/Bank Guarantee of scheduled bank, pledged in favor of Executive Engineer Lift Irrigation Division Bhubaneswar, within 7 working days of Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 2% of the order value (including EMD) must be furnished within 7 working days of LOA in shape of NSC/Post Office Savings Bank Account/Post Office Time Deposit Account/Kishan Vikas Patra/Deposit Receipt (TDR) of scheduled bank, pledged in favor of Executive Engineer Lift Irrigation Division Bhubaneswar.
• The security deposit shall be released after a guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over the Package to the Executive Engineer.
• EMD will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to execute the agreement or furnish required Performance Security/Additional Performance Security within the specified time limit.
• EMD will be forfeited if any uploaded statements, documents, or certificates are found false/fabricated/bogus, leading to blacklisting.
• Labour Cess @1% of the gross amount of the contractor bill will be deducted.
• Security deposit @ 5% of the bill will be deducted and refunded after 24 months from the date of handing over, subject to final bill payment.
• Any defect within 24 months of commissioning must be rectified by the contractor within 7 days; failure to do so may result in the work being done by another agency and costs deducted from the security deposit.
