• Contractors having MSME registered certificates are not exempt from EMD, Paper Cost, Performance security, and other deposits for work contracts.
• The EMD amount is Rs. 13,900/- (Online).
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost by 10% or more, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.

The portal lists EMD exemption as available — bidders claiming it must meet the DTCN conditions and usually submit an affidavit.

• No Engineer or Gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in an Engineering department of the State Government is allowed to work as a contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission.
• Work to be executed in accordance with Odisha standard specification & Technical specification mentioned in financial Bid documents.
• Quality Standards of Bureau of Indian standard specification must be followed.

• The period of completion is 6 (Six) Calendar Months.
• The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
