If ROPL is below (-)30% or more, APS is incremented by 0.5% for every percentage of ROPL below (-)30% plus 5% of the accepted bid price.
APS shall be treated as part of the performance security and refunded immediately on successful completion of work within 7 days of Completion Certificate/Provisional Completion Certificate.
The successful tenderer must furnish Initial Security Deposit (ISD) equal to 2% of the order value (including EMD) within 7 working days of Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
The security deposit shall be released after a guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over the Package.
EMD will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to execute the agreement or furnish required Performance Security/Additional Performance Security within the specified time.
EMD will also be forfeited if any uploaded statement, document, or certificate is found false/fabricated/bogus, leading to blacklisting.
Security deposit @ 5% of the bill will be deducted and refunded after 24 months from the date of handing over.
