The APS shall be treated as part of the performance security and is not applicable to Turnkey Tenders.
The APS shall be refunded immediately on successful completion of the work within 7 days of issuance of Completion Certificate/Provisional Completion Certificate.
Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 2% of the order value (including EMD) must be furnished within 7 working days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
The security deposit shall be released after a guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over the Package.
EMD will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to execute the agreement or furnish required Performance Security/Additional Performance Security within the specified time.
EMD will also be forfeited if any uploaded statements/documents are found false/fabricated/bogus, leading to blacklisting.
Security deposit @ 5% of the bill will be deducted and refunded after 24 months from the date of handing over, subject to final bill payment.
Any defect occurring within 24 months of commissioning must be rectified by the contractor within 7 days of notification; failure to do so may result in the work being done by another agency, with costs deducted from the contractor's security deposit.
