APS shall be refunded immediately on successful completion of the work within 7 days of issuance of Completion Certificate/Provisional Completion Certificate.
Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 2% of the order value (including EMD) must be furnished within 7 working days of Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
The security deposit shall be released after a guarantee period of 24 months from the date of handing over the Package.
EMD will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to execute the agreement or furnish required Performance Security/Additional Performance Security within the specified time.
EMD will be forfeited if any uploaded statements/documents/certificates are found false/fabricated/bogus, leading to blacklisting.
GST will be added extra in the work order at a separate disclosure as per the prevailing rate and deducted from the gross amount of the bill.
Labour Cess @1% of the gross amount of the contractor bill will be deducted.
Failure to rectify defects within 7 days may result in the Department engaging another agency, with costs deducted from the contractor's security deposit.
Security deposit @ 5% of the bill will be deducted and refunded after 24 months from the date of handing over, subject to final bill payment.
