The offer validity is 180 days from the date of opening of Financial Bids.
The contractor shall pay compensation equal to ½ % of the estimated cost for every week the work remains uncommenced or unfinished after the proper dates, not exceeding 10% of the estimated cost.

If the contractor fails to meet progress milestones (1/4th work by 1/4th time, 1/2 work by 1/2 time, 3/4th work by 3/4th time), they shall pay compensation of one-third percent on the estimated cost for every week the due quantity remains incomplete.
