• No Engineer of Gazetted Rank or other Gazetted Officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission.
• The work involves erecting 11 KV H.T. line, L.T. line, and commissioning 11/0.4 KV stations ranging from 25 KVA to 100 KVA.
• Materials for electrical works (11 KV line, L.T. line, sub-stations, line D.P., guarding, cut point) must be supplied by the contractor as per Annexures B to H.

• The time for completion of work is 90 days for most packages, and 3 calendar months excluding monsoon (July to November) from the date of issue of work order for others.
• Bids must be valid for a minimum period of 365 days from the date of bid opening.
• For Package No. 163 to 193, 70% of the final bill will be paid, with the balance paid after solarization, water trial, and handover to Pani Panchayat.
