INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF TAPARNA-VIII AND TAPARNA-VII LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER KANTAMAL BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" with HT License) as per the Tender Call Notice, valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors must have a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• If a contractor has only a Civil or Electrical License, they must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered.

• Contractors must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years.
• A weightage of 10% per year shall be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.
• Experience certificates must be issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Divisional Officer.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer must deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• The period of completion for all projects is 120 Days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids shall remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The successful tenderer must execute agreements with the Executive Engineer, L.I. Division, Boudh within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
