INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF SHYAMSUNDARPUR-VI AND SHYAMSUNDARPUR-VII LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER HARBHANGA BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class (B or A with HT License) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, with both licenses valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.
• The joint venture agreement must be registered as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to the current Bid Identification No., and have a period of not less than 18 months.

• Contractors must have experience in similar nature of work, satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value at the FY of invitation of tender price level in the last 5 years.

• EMD at 1% of the estimated cost must be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 1% of the accepted tendered amount must be deposited within 7 days of the letter of intent.
