INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF POLAM-IV AND BALIDOHALI-III LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER BOUDH BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil License of class "B" or "A" (as per tender) registered with State RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD.
• Contractors must have a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO.
• The validity of both Civil and HT Licenses must be for a period of at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.

• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years.
• A weightage of 10% per year shall be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.

• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid during the validity period, the EMD/Bid Securing Declaration will be forfeited.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 1% of the accepted tendered amount must be deposited within 7 days of the letter of intent.

• Price preference and other benefits will be allowed to SC/ST Contractors, Engineer Contractors, or Physical Handicapped Contractors having both Civil & Electrical Licenses, as per OPWD Code.
• The work involves installation and energization of new River Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
• Contractors must erect HT, LT lines, commission Sub-Stations with all required materials, and hand over to TPSODL, BOED, Boudh after inspection by Electrical Inspector.

• The period of completion for all projects is 120 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bid must remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The successful tenderer must execute agreements with the Executive Engineer, L.I. Division, Boudh within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
