Eligibility
7 items- Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ('C' & 'B' or 'B' & 'A' as per tender) registered with State RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD.
- Contractors must have a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO.
- The validity of both Civil and H.T. licenses must be for a period of at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.

- Contractors with only a Civil license must form a registered joint venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder contractor.
- Electrical H.T. License holder contractors cannot participate by making a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.
- Joint venture agreements must be registered through Sub-Registrar/District Registration Office/Executive Magistrate as per the Registration Act-1908, for a period of not less than 18 months.
- Contractors must have a valid GST Registration certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
