• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class (C & B, or B & A) as per the Tender Call Notice, and a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO, with both licenses valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil license must form a registered joint venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder Contractor.
• Electrical H.T. License holder contractors cannot participate by making a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.

• The bid security (EMD) for each package ranges from Rs. 29,734.00 to Rs. 37,263.00.
• The successful tenderer must deposit 2% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days of the letter of intent.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the bidder for low bid prices, calculated incrementally based on the percentage the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender.

• All construction works, including Pump Chamber, Fixed foundation, Distribution Tank, ARV Tank, and pipe laying, must be executed as per enclosed specifications and Engineer-in-Charge's direction.
