INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF PARAGALPUR-XIV AND RAMAGARH-XIII LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER HARBHANGA BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per package) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, with validity for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to the current Bid Identification No., and have a period of not less than 18 months.

• Contractors must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for similar nature of work.
• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value at the FY of invitation of tender price level in the last 5 years.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online through the e-portal.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• Price preference and other financial benefits will be allowed to SC/ST, Engineer, or Physically Handicapped Contractors having both Civil & Electrical Licenses in their name as per OPWD Code.
• The work involves installation and energization of River Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
