• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" with HT License) as per the Tender Call Notice, registered with State Government departments (RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD) or equivalent Central Government bodies (M.E.S./Railways/C.P.W.D.).
• The validity of both Civil and H.T. Licenses must be for a period of at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.
• Contractors with only Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.

• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years as a prime contractor.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost and must be deposited online.
• Withdrawal or modification of bid before the said period will result in forfeiture of EMD.
