INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF MAHESWARPINDA-IX AND MAHESWARPINDA-VIII LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER BOUDH BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractor must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" with HT License) as per the Tender Call Notice and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, with validity for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• If a contractor has only a Civil or Electrical License, they must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered.
• Joint Venture Agreement must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per Registration Act 1908, specific to this Bid Identification No., and valid for at least 18 months.

• Contractor must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for similar nature of work.
• Contractor must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value at the FY of invitation of tender price level in the last 5 years.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online through the e-portal.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• Price preference and other financial benefits will be allowed to SC/ST Contractors, Engineer Contractors, or Physically Handicapped Contractors having both Civil & Electrical Licenses in their name as per OPWD Code.

• The period of completion for all projects is 120 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
