Eligibility
6 items- Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ('C' or 'B' for most packages) and a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO, with validity for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
- If a contractor has only a Civil license, they must form a registered joint venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder contractor.
- Electrical H.T. License holder contractors cannot participate by making a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.

- Joint venture agreements must be registered through Sub-Registrar/District Registration Office/Executive Magistrate as per Registration Act-1908, specific to this Bid Identification No., and valid for at least 18 months.
- Contractors must have a valid GST Registration certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
- Price preference and other financial benefits will be allowed to SC/ST Contractors, Engineering Contractors, or Physically Handicapped Contractors as per OPWD norms, if applicable.
