INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF KULTAJORE-X , KULTAJORE-IX AND KULTAJORE-XII LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER KANTAMAL BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per tender) registered with State RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD.
• Contractors must have a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO.
• The validity of both Civil and H.T. Licenses must be for a period of at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.

• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years as a prime contractor.
• Experience certificates must be issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Divisional Officer.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost and must be deposited online.
• An Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 1% of the accepted tendered amount must be deposited by the successful tenderer within 7 days of the letter of intent.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be taken on an incremental basis for low bid prices, calculated based on the Rounding Off of Percentage Less (ROPL) of the accepted Bid Price compared to the Cost Put to Tender.

• SC/ST Contractors, Engineer Contractors, or Physically Handicapped Contractors with both Civil & Electrical Licenses may receive price preference and other benefits as per OPWD code.
• The work involves installation and energization of River Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
• Contractors must erect H.T, L.T. lines, commission Sub-Stations with all required materials, and hand over to TPSODL, BOED, Boudh after inspection by Electrical Inspector.

• The period of completion for all projects is 120 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids shall remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The successful tenderer must execute agreements with the Executive Engineer, L.I. Division, Boudh within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
