• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per package) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a registered joint venture with another contractor.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to this Bid Identification No., and valid for at least 18 months.

• Bidders must have experience in satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work as a prime contractor, valued at not less than 40% of the proposed contract value, in the last 5 years.

• EMD @ 1% of the estimated cost must be deposited online through the e-portal.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be applicable for low bid prices as per Works Department O.M. No. 17941/W Dated 08.10.2026.
