• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per package) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a registered joint venture with another contractor.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to this Bid Identification Number, and have a period of not less than 18 months.

• Experience certificate/supporting documents for satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years as a prime contractor.
• A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.
• For River Lift Projects, Civil and Electrical contractors with appropriate class and experience can participate through a joint venture agreement.

• EMD @ 1% of the estimated cost must be deposited by the bidder in online mode through the e-portal.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD deposited shall be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• The work involves installation and energization of 66 New River Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
• Contractor must erect H.T, L.T. lines, commission Sub-Stations with all required materials, and hand over to TPSODL, BOED, Boudh after inspection by Electrical Inspector, as per REC specification and sanctioned estimate.
• The project must be handed over to the concerned Pani Panchayat after completion of entire works and successful trial run in the presence of beneficiaries and Engineer-in-Charge.
