INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF KELAKATA-IX AND MATHURA-IV LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER HARBHANGA BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per package) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to the current Bid Identification No., and have a period of not less than 18 months.

• Experience certificate/supporting documents for satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years as a prime contractor.
• A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.

• EMD is 1% of the estimated cost for each package, to be deposited online.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
• An Additional Performance Security (APS) system is applicable for low bid prices, calculated incrementally based on the percentage the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender.
