For Package No. 163 to 193, 70% of the Final Bill will be paid initially, with the balance paid after solarization, water trial, and handover to Pani Panchayat.

Any defects noticed during the one and a half year period after completion must be rectified by the contractor at their own cost.
Liquidated damages for delay are 0.5% of the estimated cost per day for uncommenced or unfinished work, not exceeding 10% of the estimated cost.
