INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF KANAKPUR-IV AND TALUPALI-VI LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER BOUDH BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A") and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, with both licenses valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture, and the agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to the current Bid Identification No., and have an agreement period of not less than 18 months.

• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years, with a 10% per year weightage for previous years' work to bring them to the current price level.

• The bid security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid during the validity period, the EMD will be forfeited.
• An Additional Performance Security (APS) will be required for bids below the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.
