INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF GHANTAPADA-XVI , GHANTAPADA-XVII AND TABADA-V LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER KANTAMAL BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per Tender) registered with the State Government (RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, with both licenses valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.
• The joint venture agreement must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to the current Bid Identification No., and have a period of not less than 18 months.

• Contractors must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for satisfactorily completing (not less than 80% of original contract value) at least one similar work, valued at not less than 40% of the proposed contract value, in the last 5 years.
• A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.
• The experience certificate must be issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Divisional Officer.

• EMD @ 1% of the estimated cost must be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer must deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount as Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• SC/ST Contractors, Engineer Contractors, and Physically Handicapped Contractors with both Civil & Electrical Licenses are eligible for Price Preference & Other Financial benefits as per OPWD Code.
• All construction works, including Pump Chamber, Fixed foundation, Distribution Tank, ARV Tank, Butterfly Valve Tank, Supporting Pillar, and pipe laying, must be executed as per enclosed specifications (Annexure-II) and Engineer-in-Charge's direction.
• Materials supplied by the contractor must conform to relevant latest editions of BIS/REC Construction standards or other specifications by OLIC.

• The period of completion for all projects is 120 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• Bids must be submitted online in Double Cover Tender (Two Cover System).
