Eligibility
6 items- Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ('C' or 'B' as per package) and a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO.
- Both Civil and H.T. licenses must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.
- A contractor with only a Civil license can form a registered Joint Venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder Contractor.

- An Electrical H.T. License holder contractor cannot participate in bidding by making a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.
- Joint venture agreements must be registered through Sub-Registrar/District Registration Office/Executive Magistrate as per Registration Act-1908, specific to this BID ID, and valid for at least 18 months.
- Contractors must have a valid GST Registration certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
