Eligibility
6 items- Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class (as mentioned in packages, e.g., 'C' & 'B') and a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO.
- Both licenses must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.
- Contractors with only a Civil license must form a registered joint venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder Contractor.

- Electrical H.T. License holder contractors cannot participate by making a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.
- Joint venture agreements must be registered through Sub-Registrar/District Registration Office/Executive Magistrate as per Registration Act-1908, specifically for Bid Identification No. OLIC-BLGR-01/2026-27, and have a period of not less than 18 months.
- The contractor must have a valid GST Registration certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
