Eligibility
6 items- Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ('C' or 'B' as per package) and a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO, with validity for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
- If a contractor has only a Civil license, they must form a joint venture with an Electrical H.T. License holder Contractor.
- Electrical H.T. License holder contractors cannot participate by forming a joint venture with a civil license holder contractor.

- Joint venture agreements must be registered through Sub-Registrar/District Registration Office/Executive Magistrate as per the Registration Act-1908, specific to this BID Identification No., and have a period of not less than 18 months.
- Contractors must have a valid GST Registration certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
- Price preference/other financial benefits for SC/ST Civil License Contractors will be allowed as per OPWD norms if both Civil & Electrical Contractors are from the same reserved category.
