INSTALLATION AND ENERGISATION OF CHANDRAPUR-III AND TELIBANDHA LIFT IRRIGATION PROJECT UNDER BOUDH BLOCK IN BOUDH DISTRICT UNDER BKVY-RIDF-2026-27

• Contractors must be registered with the State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/M.E.S./Railways/C.P.W.D. for Civil Works.
• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per tender) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• If a contractor has only a Civil or Electrical License, they must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.

• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years, with a 10% per year weightage for previous years' work to bring them to the current price level.
• Civil Contractor & Electrical contractors with appropriate class and experience on similar nature of work can participate through a joint venture agreement.
• Experience certificates must be issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Divisional Officer.

• The bid security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid during the validity period, the EMD/Bid Securing Declaration will be forfeited.
• An Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 1% of the accepted tendered amount must be deposited within 7 days of the letter of intent.

• The work involves installation and energization of new River Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
• Contractors must erect H.T., L.T. lines, commission Sub-Stations with all required materials, and hand over to TPSODL, BOED, Boudh after inspection by the Electrical Inspector.
