• Contractor must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B" or "A" as per tender) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• If a contractor has only a Civil or Electrical License, they must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered.
• Joint Venture agreements must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, specific to this Bid Identification No., and valid for at least 18 months.

• Contractor must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for similar nature of work.
• Contractor must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years.
• Experience certificates must be issued by a competent authority not below the rank of Divisional Officer.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost for each package, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of 1% of the accepted tendered amount must be deposited within 7 days of the letter of intent.

• The work involves supply of materials and labor components as mentioned in BOQ for installation and energization of River Lift Irrigation Projects.
