• No Engineer of Gazetted Rank or other Gazetted Officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission.
• The work involves erecting 11 KV H.T. line, L.T. line, and commissioning 11/0.4 KV stations ranging from 25 KVA to 100 KVA.
• Materials for electrical works (11 KV line, L.T. line, sub-stations, D.P., guarding, cut points) are to be supplied by the contractors as per Annexures B to H.
