• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost for each package, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD will be forfeited.
• Additional Performance Security is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, equal to the differential cost, to be furnished within seven days of intimation.

• No Engineer of Gazetted Rank or other Gazetted Officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission.
• The work involves erecting 11 KV H.T. line, L.T. line, and commissioning 11/0.4 KV stations ranging from 25 KVA to 100 KVA.
• Materials for electrical works (11 KV line, L.T. line, sub-stations, etc.) are to be supplied by the contractors as per Annexures B to H.

• The time for completion of work for each package is 90 days.
• Bids must be valid for a minimum period of 365 days from the date of opening.
• For packages 163 to 193, 70% of the final bill will be paid, with the balance paid after solarization, water trial, and handover to Pani Panchayat.
