• Firms/Companies must have successfully established at least 2 water quality testing laboratories (acceptable as per NABL guideline) and periodical quality monitoring of drinking water, valuing not less than Rs. 187.43 Lakh (30% of estimated cost) during the last 5 years.
• Bidders must possess a minimum of 1 year of proven and successful experience in seamless supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of Water/Wastewater Quality Monitoring/Soil testing Laboratories.
• Annual financial turnover of works contract not less than Rs. 249.90 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) in any one year during the last 1 year, certified by a Chartered Accountant.

• Available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores.
• Bid Security (EMD) is Rs. 6.25 Lakh, to be remitted online.
• If any Bidder/Tenderer withdraws his bid/tender before the said period or makes any modifications, the earnest money shall be forfeited.

• The setting up period is 6 (Six) Calendar Months, and the O&M Period is 1 (One) Year.
• The bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of opening of the Price Bid.
• Compensation for delay will be charged at 1.5% per month of the tendered value of work, calculated on a per-day basis, not exceeding 10% of the Tendered Value.
