Eligibility
8 items- Contractors must be registered with the state government as 'C' or 'D' class, or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for Composite Building works.
- Proof of registration from the appropriate authority must be enclosed with the bid.
- Successful bidders not registered under the state government must register under the state PWD in the appropriate class before signing the agreement.

- Contractors with pending/incomplete construction work in this department are not eligible.
- An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred from qualification.
- Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years.
- Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
- Third party/company/person under a service contract for operation of e-procurement system or their subsidiaries/parent companies are ineligible to participate.
