Eligibility
9 items- Contractors of Class B (Ninth) and up registered with the State Government having valid Civil License.
- Contractors of equivalent Grades/Class Registered with Central Government / MES/ Railways and other State Government having valid Civil License for execution of Building Works.
- Proof of registration from the appropriate authority must be enclosed with the Bid.

- Successful bidders not registered under Odisha State Government must register under the state PWD in appropriate class of eligibility before signing the agreement.
- Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrollment but must register with the appropriate state authority before work award.
- Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager.
- Bidders with a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department must inform this in Schedule-I.
- Joint ventures are not acceptable.
- Registration in the Contractors Data Base Management System (CDMS) at www.cdmsodisha.gov.in is mandatory.
