No.1 & 2, and GCI Cover Shed and building work for Sl. No.3, 4 & 5. | Bidders must have an annual financial turnover equal to or more than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender in civil construction works during the last three years. | For composite works, the bidder must be a registered civil contractor of appropriate class and associate with agencies of appropriate class eligible for sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical, firefighting, and horticulture works. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must disclose if they have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of appropriate class (Class II or Class III).
