Contractors must be registered as Class "B" or "A" with Govt. of Odisha or equivalent class of Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. / Central Undertaking / Railway. | Bidders not registered under State Government must register under the Appropriate Authority of the State Government of Odisha in appropriate class of eligibility before award of the work. | The applicant should have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature worth 50% of the work put to tender during the last three financial years. | Annual financial turnover should be equal to or more than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender in civil construction works during the last three years. | Bidder/Firm should have valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate along with the copy of up-to-date Challan with deposit money receipt. | The bidder must not have a record of poor performance, misleading or false representations, or involvement in corrupt practices. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for a period of two years after his retirement from Government service, without prior permission.
