Contractors must be registered as "B" & "A" class with Govt. of Odisha or equivalent class of Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. / Central Undertaking / Railway. | Contractors not registered with the State Government must register under the appropriate authority of the State Government of Odisha before award of work. | Bidder/Firm should have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature worth 50% of the work put to tender during the last three financial years. | Bidder/Firm should have an annual financial turnover equal to or more than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender in civil construction works during the last three years, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | For composite work including Civil, Electrical, and P.H. works, contractors must have legal competency and expertise in all three areas. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must declare if they have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
