• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to or greater than the bid amount after due indexing.

• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
• Bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
• Deployment of major construction equipment as specified in Schedule-C, Annexure-I, for which the contractor must secure a minimum of 60% marks.
