• Must have executed 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value in the last 5 years, OR 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value in the last 5 years, OR 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value in the last 5 years.
• Bid capacity (for works above Rs. 3 Crores) must be greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as C = A x N x 2 – B, where A is maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any year in preceding 5 years (indexed), N is number of years prescribed for completion, and B is value of works in hand at present price level.
• Must have an M.O.U from an experienced Firefighting Installation Contractor who has completed firefighting installation work of Building/Industries/Premises successfully and obtained a valid fire safety certificate from Odisha Fire Services, with each project costing not less than 10 lakhs.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to or greater than the bid amount after due indexing.
• EMD/Bid Security is 1% of the estimated contract value, as specified in the IFB, and must be deposited online.
• If the L-1 bidder fails to sign the agreement, they will be debarred for 3 years and blacklisted, and their bid security will be forfeited.
