• The bidder must have executed in the last 5 years: 3 similar building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, OR 2 similar building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, OR 1 similar building work with MEP components costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing.
• The EMD/Bid Security is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online.

• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior Government permission.
• The contractor must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
• The contractor must associate with eligible Registered Electrical Contractor having valid H.T./L.T./M.V. license for execution of electrical installation and other electrical works, unless the firm itself holds such a license.
