• The bidder must have executed 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value in the last 5 years.
• Alternatively, the bidder must have executed 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value in the last 5 years.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing.
