• The bidder must have executed during the last 5 years either: 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, OR 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, OR 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value.
• Bid capacity (for works above Rs. 3 crores) must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A=Maximum value of Civil Engg. Works executed in any year in preceding 5 years, N=No. of years prescribed for completion, B=Value of works in hand at present price level.
• The Firefighting Installation Contractor must have completed firefighting installation work of Building/Industries/Premises successfully, obtained a valid fire safety certificate from Odisha Fire Services, and the cost of each such job should not be less than 10 lakhs.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing.
• EMD/Bid Security is 1% of the estimated contract value, as specified in Column 4 of the IFB, and must be deposited online.

• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission.
