Non-submission of bid security within the designated period will lead to cancellation of portal registration and debarment from online bidding.
Additional Performance Security will be obtained from the successful L-1 bidder if the bid amount is 10% less than the estimated cost.
The security deposit will be refunded after one year of completion of the work and payment of the final bill / completion of audit of the project (whichever is later) and will not carry any interest.
