• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B", "C", or "D" as per tender) and a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• Contractors with only a Civil or Electrical License must form a joint venture with another contractor, and the joint venture agreement must be registered in any registration office/Executive Magistrate.
• The Joint Venture Agreement must be registered at the Sub-Register/District Registration Office as per the Registration Act 1908, with an agreement period of not less than 18 months.

• For Tube Well projects, bidders not owning a DTH/Mud rotary Rig must submit a joint venture agreement with Rig owners/Contractors having ownership, executed in the court of the First-Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Contractors must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years.
• A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.

• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount towards Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• The work involves installation and energization of 50 new Tube Well Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
