Bidders must be MV/HT/above category Electrical Contractors with a valid license from ELBO and a valid MoU with the Original Lift Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized vendor for execution of lift maintenance works. | Alternatively, bidders may be the Original Lift Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized vendor, provided they possess a valid MV/HT/Above category Electrical License issued by ELBO or have a valid MoU with an Electrical Contractor holding a valid MV/HT/Above category Electrical License issued by ELBO for execution of the lift maintenance work. | The bidder should have successfully completed and handed over one or more similar nature of works (AMC or CMC of Passenger Lifts/Elevators under State/Central Government/UT/PSU/Semi-Government organizations) during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | The completed work(s) should have been duly inspected by the competent authority and executed to the full satisfaction of the concerned department. | Bidders must not have had their contract for any work rescinded or abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date. | Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate registering authority before award of work.
