Bidders must be MV/HT/above category Electrical Contractors with a valid license from ELBO and an MoU with an Original Lift Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized vendor for lift maintenance works. | Alternatively, the bidder can be an Original Lift Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized vendor, provided they possess a valid MV/HT/Above category Electrical License issued by ELBO or have a valid MoU with an Electrical Contractor holding such a license. | Bidders must be registered with State Governments or of Equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works. | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority before work award. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must declare it. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, quoted unreasonable prices without justification, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or been blacklisted. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred. | The bidder should qualify the Criteria of Similar nature of work as mentioned in Contract Data.
