Contractors must be 'A' Class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate state authority before work award. | Bidders must have experience in executing similar types of building work (Civil, PH & Electrical etc.). | Bidders must have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 400.00 Lakhs in each of the last four financial years (FY 2021-22, 22-23, 23-24 and 24-25). | Bids from Joint Ventures are not acceptable. | The bidder must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project. | If the bidder has a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the State Government of Odisha in the concerned Department or Deputy Manager & above in SERIFED, Bhubaneswar, this must be declared. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Civil contractors must enter into a notarized M.O.U. with an eligible registered electrical contractor having a valid H.T./L.T. license for electrical works, unless the civil contractor holds such licenses themselves.
