Contractor must be of "C" Class or "B" Class as indicated against each work. | Contractors must be registered with Odisha State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/any other State Government/MES/Railways. | Bidders must possess an up-to-date compatible Digital Signature Certificate. | Contractors registered elsewhere but not with Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of work/signing of the Agreement. | Each intending bidder (unless a Civil Engineer Contractor) declared as a 'successful bidder' must deploy at least one experienced Civil Engineer at the work site for the full time during the course of lay out and execution of the work. | The deployed Civil Engineer must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute and at least two years of post-qualification experience in Civil Engineering survey, monitoring and quality control, or construction works. | Each intending bidder must be in possession of or under lease/hire agreement for tools, plants, equipment, and machineries as per Schedule-A. | Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or declared as 'Sick' are not eligible. | SC/ST contractors up to "B" Class are eligible for 50% concession on registration fees and security deposit at half the usual rate.
