Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderer(s) must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate, PAN Card, and Labour License; no undertaking for GSTIN & PAN Card is acceptable. | Tenderer(s) must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding 2026-27. | Tenderer(s) must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs 3.00 Crores, calculated as (A*N*2-B). | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GST Act, but must produce it before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
