Contractors must be "A" & Special Class, registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways. | Bids from Joint Venture are not allowed. | Contractors registered for Civil and Electrical works, having both legal competency and expertise in Civil and Electrical Engineering works, are eligible for this composite work. | The bidder should have satisfactorily executed/completed similar nature of works (construction of Building works) during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Similar work experience requires either three similar works aggregating not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works aggregating not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar work aggregating not less than 40% of the estimated cost. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works valued more than Rs. 3.00 crore. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred from qualification.
